How to Extract columns using the extract screen under admin menu and how to store or send the extracted column values?
The Extract Menu option will output data in XML format. In the Coluns to Extract section by default it has one record with a value of “*” which means all columns. If you only want to extract certain columns, then replace this record with one record per column name. The example below extracts task_id and Task_status from task
