Hi All,
While testing out Process Flows, I came across an issue where an active process flow shows as successfully triggered and executed in the Process Flow Logs in the application but I did not get the desired results.
Upon further investigation inside the relevant server, I found that the Astea Workflow Task Executor Service & Astea Workflow Time Event Service were not running.
Once I enabled these services, I was able to get the desired output.
