Drop down is possible if you use info sources as your data source, but not for SQL/Query Builder.

I can not see Quick Information Sources in the Lobby Data Sorce

I can see only standard Information Sources 

Do you know why Quick Information Sorces are not available?

The Quick information source should be available under the navigator folder that you choose when creating the Quick information source draft.
