Good afternoon,

 

We are dealing with some old RMA’s that we want to book in for Italian Customers/Site. 

But now we receive the message : The new date must be equal to or greater than the start date of the latest period in the inventory value statistics.

 

Can it be that this message is caused by Month or Year closing ?

We can not receive the products anymore and we are completely stuck, because we don’t know which date we need to enter in order for us to move on and perform the transaction without an issue !

@MPOS did you check your Statistic Periods? Please make sure that the statistic period is defined for the period where you wanna create the RMA.

Hello @MPOS 

The error is created due to aggregation of inventory transactions for the previous periods. When the transactions are aggregated, you will get the results on Inventory Value per Period window. You cannot create a transaction earlier than beginning date of last aggregated period.

In below case, last aggregated period is 2023-11. You cannot create inventory transaction earlier than 2023-11-01.

Dear Both,

 

Thank you for your reply, but we did the aggregation of Inventory Transactions for that certain Site, where we normally don’t do this for our daughter companies, but it didn’t help.

The message stays the same. The date that the RMA was requested/created was on 11/10/2023. Latest Return Date was 12/10/2023, but the arrival date was on 12/10/2023. 

 

Now I changed that date to yesterday and followed normal procedure and now it works.

 

So all are connected, but the date that I had to change was the Arrival Date !
