IFS Service Center customer accounts for corporations having several companies with common email addresses

Regarding the IFS Service Center accounts:

One: In a case of customer having a corporation structure with multiple companies that all share a common email address, there is a technical limitation with IFS Service Center / Customer Support Portal as the customer account is currently connected to only a single company or email address. This leads the customer only seeing the cases of this one company and not the others from the same corporation. The IFS agreement is also connected to a single company even if the contents apply to all companies in the corporation structure as mentioned on the agreement contents.

The issue is currently hot as we are moving from Apps10 to Cloud.  Apps versions support cases with 10 year history are visible in one company’s account and the Cloud cases are visible to other company’s account. Currently I myself see only the new ones and our other portal users only the old ones, not vice versa. We’d need to see the contents of both companies old cases and be able to make new cases for for all our main users.

We raised this question ~8 months ago to IFS and there were slim hopes then that the issue could be fixed in february 2026 with new capabilities in taking the corporate structures into account. To my understanding this has not happened yet. Anyone know any better?

Two: Now there is a further twist to the account needs as our finance outsourcing partners (external vendor) parent company is changed and the email addresses of the users will be changed. The persons however are the same as before that would still need access to the old cases they have themselves made as commonly agreed to the IFS Support Portal. Our business relationship with the new parent company still continues as before with the old one. Can we just update the email addresses to the existing IFS Service Center customer user accounts and do the above mentioned corporate level permitting so that they see cases of all our companies.
