How to setup Office 365 supported Mail Sender configuration in IFS APP9?

I’m have tried to config as below but can’t send message from the system. could you help to support ?

    Hi @vee-rasak_pi,

    It seems you have not enabled TLSv1.2 in your IFS Middleware Server and Office 365 does not support older versions. Please follow the instructions in the following KBA to enable TLSv1.2:
