Starting last week, I am unable to log out of ServiceNow:  https://support.ifs.com/csm

I would like to log out of my main account to login under a customer’s account.

I get the following message when I click my name then select “Logout”

I am still getting the error.


Apologies for the delay! I just tested in your account and was able to log out. Did you try a couple browsers? I’m going to raise a ticket to our service team to investigate. 

As a side note, you shouldn’t need to log in to a customer’s account. As a partner, you should have an account relationship set up so that you can raise on behalf of a customer. 


 @KristenGastaldo No apologies necessary. It isn’t an urgent issue. My workaround is to use an incognito window with Chrome.

For two customers I am able to log tickets under my main account. For one customer I have a separate login.

I tried a minute ago and I still got the error. I updated Chrome to Version 113.0.5672.64 (Official Build) (64-bit). I still get the error.

I have the same issue in Edge: Version 112.0.1722.68 (Official build) (64-bit)

Those are the only two browsers I have installed. It isn’t troublesome enough to try a third browser.
