Hello Community,

We are using IFS 9. While searching in the Count Result screen one user is unable to see below to column in her search option.

  • Approval Date/Time
  • Confirmation Date/Time.

I am able to view and use these columns but user is unable to view .Can you through some light on the same.

 

 

Hi @Deepak 

Check if there are any user profiles connected with the user - either Personal profile or Base Profiles.

This could be the reason, why you are able to see the details

You can see this in the Solution Administration - Users 

 

If this is hidden in the base profile, 

 

Alternate issue: If these are CUSTOM Fields, then you may need to create a base profile and add these fields to the users profile and make them accessible.
