In the help documentation, there is an appointment scheduling function under warehouse management. It looks like this would be used to schedule the receiving and shipping docks. I see it in the help, but am not able to see it in the application. it looks like it may be in a component called TransportationManagement, which I dont see in our 24R1 environment.

Dean, I’m not sure why that process is showing up in Warehouse Management. It’s part of the Service Management solution and is the integration to PSO to schedule service tasks. It really has nothing to do with Warehouse Management.
That is unfortunate… as we have run into this requirement a few times where the customer needs to schedule the Dock for trucks coming in to deliver from suppliers, and also for trucks shipping out finished products or components for oursourced operations. We are looking at possibly using the Business Calendar in resource management and creating business tasks for each of the dock events. also looking at the calendar sync with outlook, as well as using MS Bookings app to enable truck dispatchers to schedule their own time at the dock.
