customer wants to know in cloud if it is possible to view only the records to specific users , as a configuration or parameter based on a field, ex - in the Functions Object window can certain users only see only specific Object Type?
+22- access to the page is granted via Permission Sets
- access to the data in the pages is granted via company/site access.
Of course there are some other special components where you can define access per user: warehouse access / project / CRM.
But coming back to your question, if your user has access to a specific site then he/she could see all the Functional Objects of that site.

I recommend you to use Saved Searches or specific page in Navigator pre-populated with the Saved Search, or Bookmarks, for each user group. Obviously, as Marcel said, user still can see all the site-related objects if searching for them, but the suggestions are for easy navigation, filtering and handling of records.
