- We have a customer order with a line that is Purchase Order Direct. The PO created from the line was received.
- We then needed to return the part to the supplier. An RMA was created for the line but to return to inventory instead of return to supplier. The RMA was completed.
Is there a way to do a supplier return of the part from inventory?
- The RMA cannot be undone.
- A return to supplier cannot be done from the PO receipt because it was direct delivery.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
