Does IFS have a screen or field where supplier NAICS codes can be entered? 

NAICS = North American Industry Classification System

There is no specific field called NAICS code but as per post below, customers use the Form of Business field to store these details.

I’m not sure if this is a custom add-on, but there is an IFS component titled “DMEGEN” where NAICS code is a Basic Data table.

Although in this table, the description field is limited to 35 characters.  Most of the NAICS descriptions are larger than that.
