Most customers have needs to have a grading for suppliers. Supplier Reliability and Supplier Quality are good parameters for categorization. Like your expert advice and ideas on how customers have mapped this. The need for most customers to have a supplier grading.

Control plan could also be used to cater this need. However the best methodology would be through the supplier 360. Where most customers would have a report generated.
