We moved to Cloud 25.1.7 last month.
In Register Arrivals screen, when receiving multiple lines from a Subcontract Purchase Order that is connected to a Shop Order, if you receive one line at a time, everything works as we’d normally expect - if it’s the last operation on the shop order, screen is displayed to approve/close the shop order, otherwise returns to Register Arrivals screen (and shop order operation closes in the background).
However, if you attempt to receive multiple lines at once, the receipt processes normally, but it triggers the Shop Order approve/close screen - even if there are additional operations that follow. Selecting OK here closes/reports all additional operations, receives and closes the Shop Order.

- Closes, Receives, reports operations for all lines of the receipt (one after another)
- Material is in stock and ready to sell
- Receive PO one line at a time
- Shop Order close screen only appears if it's the last line operation on the route (expected behavior)
Temporary resolution
- Receive Outplant PO's one line at a time. Less efficient, but functions
Has anyone else seen this? Any thoughts on what may be triggering the Shop Order close on multi-line receipt vs single?
