How we can check in IFS stock level/qty per day - e.g. I would like to know what was stock level on 20/12/2025.

Kindly help me with this.

Hi @kruthika ,

You can use  Inventory Transactions History and calculate on‑hand as of the date. You sum all receipts and issues up to and including the target date  and compute the balance.

How to do it :

  1. Open Inventory Transactions History.
  2. Filter by:
    • Company / Site (as needed)
    • Part No (leave blank if you want all parts)
    • Applied Date <= 20‑Dec‑2025
  3.  Export to a excel.

Regards,

Dulani.

hello @kruthika ,

if you run IFS cloud, there is a screen Inventory Part On Hand Development. It shows quantity after each transaction but for one part at a time.

Kajetan

@kruthika you can also see some usefull data in On Hand Develop per Period - please note you need to run Aggregate Transactions Per Period job.

Ultimately, for what you need, I guess the best solution would be a Quick Report that would build some sort of historization between On HAnd Develop Per Period and Inventory Transactions History.

In your example:

e.g. I would like to know what was stock level on 20/12/2025.

  • in the Quick Report start from the On HAnd Develop Per Period - qty at the end of period 11
  • add up december transactions where applied_date between 01/12/2025 and  20/12/2025

I don’t see any other option that creating a Quick Report.
