Hi All,
I am looking for some thoughts on an issue we have with a Shipment of a Package Part.
We have a customer order for 3 off of package Part A
Package Part contains
Part B Qty 4
Part C Qty 4
Part D Qty 4
The child Parts are purchased from our sister company so a Purchase order is automatically created. However, on the PO there are the 3 Parts.
Part B Qty 12 (3 x 4), but
Part C and D both have Qty 48, these should also be 12.
Can anyone think of what elase may cause this, I’ve checked conversion factors and MOQ’s etc and all is as should be. We are using apps 10.
