It's not allowed to receive shop order linked to a customer order line, when that particular customer order line is connected shipment which is in “Accepted “status. How to fix this error?

Can you please check whether this is a standard error since there is no “Accepted” status possible for Shipment in standard IFS Cloud.

Do you have any active customization?
