Send Order Confirmation via MHS for Multiple Orders

Yes, it is possible to process multiple (internal) customer orders and trigger order confirmations via MHS in one go, but not directly from “Internal Customer Orders” with a multi-select + single “Send via MHS” button

How this works with MHS

• For internal flows, the internal customer must have message setup for order confirmation (ORDRSP or equivalent) with media code pointing to MHS/EDI.​

• When batch confirmation runs with Process Communication active, order confirmations are generated and dispatched for all included lines that meet the criteria, using that MHS setup, so multiple internal customer orders are covered in one run.
