Is there a possible way to split the commission for a single order between 2 sales person or even between a company sale person and Customer/supplier.

One can do it manually on the Customer Order line but that is a huge task as it needs to be done per line

Any configuration that can be set on a customer to achieve the split

@feleciano I guess you could use the Commission Agreement functionality. You would also need to:

  • define a commision receiver group
  • create a Commission Agreement + Line Details if needed
  • insert 2 commision receivers (one for the salesrep and another commission receiver for the customer) and link it with the Commission Agreement created at the step above.

Pls note that there’s now ay to connect the ‘customer’ commission receiver with the actual Customer business object. But at the end of the day it will be a placeholder for how much commission you owe that customer, but there;s no option to deduct that amount from the outstanding invoices towards that customer (for this you could use Rebates functionality).

More details on the Commission Agreement functionality you can read on the below documentation page:

Hi Thanks for the reply, however setting up an example here just to be clear of the split commission.

For Customer ABC there are 2 internal sales people working on the order, hence when an order is placed for the Customer ABC SP A gets 5% and SP B gets 1%. Working as below

Can IFS manage this type of split commission?

This is not limited to Customers alone can also be for products with all the other possibilities within IFS.
