Route ID an Forwarder ID not available on shipment lines

In Apps 9, the Route ID and Forwarder ID fields are available on the shipment lines window, in addition to the general tab of the shipment window. 

 

But this is not available in Cloud. It is only available in the general tab of shipment, but not on the shipment lines. Any specific reason for this?
