In the Return Material Authorization tab the ‘Receive parts’ and ‘Receive parts against order deliveries’ and missing only the ‘Scrap parts’ option is visible

Hello,
For the newer version of IFS cloud that action is now available at register arrivals. After creating and releasing the RMA, you can go to register arrivals and find your line and receive it from that page. After that your status on RMA page will also be updated.

Could you please let me know the Master Track/SU you are currently working on? Normally the receipt function has been centralized from 22r2 onwards so now you have to go to Register Arrivals and receive the RMA from there.

Do you have Access/Permission to ‘Register Arrivals’? Is the item on the RMA line an Inventory Part? Do you have a Quantity on the RMA line?
