Hello,

When deactivating a code in the system, there is currently no warning indicating whether the code is still being used in the background. As a result, I have to manually check multiple screens one by one to verify its usage.

To improve efficiency and prevent potential errors, I kindly request support for either implementing a warning system that notifies users if the code is actively in use, or providing a shortcut that displays all related usage points.

The main areas I currently have to check manually are:

  1. Work orders screen (whether there are any open work orders)
  2. Production structure (whether the parent item has any open work orders)
  3. Sales order lines (whether there are ongoing orders)
  4. Purchase order lines (whether there are any open purchase requests)
  5. Stock status (whether there is available stock in the system)

Automating these checks within the system would help prevent user errors and significantly improve operational efficiency.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,
