What is the easiest way for a user to generate a report of all available parts from a given supplier in IFS Applications?

Hi @Jez

what exactly do you want to do?

And what IFS version do you use?

I found it.  I didn’t need a report, per se.

IFS Applications client 4.80.60.0 server 5.80.26.0,

» Procurement » Part » Supplier for Purchase Parts » Search button,
Enter the Suppliers’ number without any other criteria,
produces a list of all known order codes for that supplier.

Thank you for a quick response,
though I realise this was from a fellow community type,
not support from the supplying company.

@Jez  Probably an export from Supplier for Purchase Parts page should be enough is all you need a list of parts and from which supplier you purchase that part.

Hi @Jez

but why do you think you need a report?

Your requirement is not specific enough for a report.

Therefore I agree with @Marcel.Ausan .
