HI,

 I have set a customer pup to have the Replicate Doc Text field enabled   ( Customer/ Order/ Misc Customer Info. Replicate Doc Text). However when  I place and release the Customer order, the  document text entered on the customer order header or customer order line is not copied to the pegged Shop order create through DOP. It is also not attached to the to the DOP order order header. Is there anything I need to specifically set up in Document Text administration or Site level to get this to work?

@VanSusanm Did you check the parameter in the site level. 

Site > Sales and Procurement > General > “Replicate Doc Text”. Keep this blank or make it as Replicate.

Yes I have this set at site level. The functionality works, i.e. copies the document text to shop order, when the Supply code on the Customer order is Shop order but it does not copy when the supply code is DOP and the shop order is created through DOP so we still have an issue.

@VanSusanm I had a quick peak in to Ref env as well. Seems document text is not transferring for DOP.

This might be a bug in the application. Please raise a support case.
