Dear Community,
As per my understanding the MRP-job deletes unreleased purchase order requestions (status=planned). This is how it is also described in IFS online documentation “Phases of MRP” in Phase 1, as attached below.
However, at our customer (IFS Cloud 24R1), released purchase requisitions are also deleted and recreated by the MRP job (new ID, status planned) Is this a bug,is there a new setting/a new behaviour of IFS Cloud?

If this Use Released Purchase Req in Planning toggle is enabled then MRP/MS will not remove Released purchase req lines, it will only remove Planned purchase req lines.
If disabled, Planned and Released Purchase Req Lines are removed.
It has been like this for some years.
