+2I was trying to register the Purchase Agreement with backdated entries under ‘Period’ tab. But, system is not allowing to enter any previous dates which lies before sys-date(Current date), in the ‘Valid From’ column. It immediately pops-up an error message, “The Start Date Cannot be earlier than today.”
Any inputs on how to cater this Valid From issue in Supplier Agreement screen, would be highly appreciated.

Because the Supplier Agreement is only going to be able to have connections to purchase orders going forward in time, you can’t retroactively setup a supplier agreement with dates in the past, it is always a date from today or can be done in the future. Supplier Agreements require planning ahead to setup when they will start and aren’t designed for past work.
