Hi,

I’ve setup Intercompany direct delivery scenario in a customer environment and it get below warning when I perform ‘Direct Delivery to Customer’ action. Pelase refer to screen preview 2. I can still proceed with this order by selecting ‘Answer’ as ‘Yes’. Is this related to missing basic data?

No, it is not due to any missing basic or master data. It is a simple information message that comes when business users try to register a customer order delivery before its planned delivery date. 

You can proceed with Yes.

Hi Abdul,

Thanks for prompt response. However, it's getting information message even I have same date as planned delivery date in the original customer order and the inter-site customer order.

Please check one more scenario, try to register the direct delivery for a customer order having a Planned Delivery Date earlier than sysdate.
