We’re implementing the ability to print barcode labels at point of receipt, however if we select multiple receipt lines it will not ask if we want to have a different pack size per line, is this by design?

We are also facing issues with this behavior.

If you mean with “we select multiple receipt lines” that you are have a so called internal loop in your configuration, I would suggest that you move the ORIGIN_PACK_SIZE data item to inside the loop, so it will come and be asked for each loop lap so you could set different values for each line, if you have it outside the loop it will only be asked once.

Despite the tag in the original post, I believe this issue is not present is Wadaco transaction because, as you said, Wadaco triggers a “line by line” workflow using a loop … which is not a multiple selection.
The issue I faced was when we register the arrival within IFS :
- Select multiple lines in Register Arrivals
- Tick Print barcode
- Save
The result is that by doing this we can’t enter different pack sizes for all the lines.

Ah ok, since the original post was tagged with wadaco i thought it concerned the register arrival wadaco process, but you are saying this is an issue in the regular client for register arrival? Ok, that I have no knowledge about.
