I have configured the putaway feature and I am able to generate transport tasks using the “Refill All Putway Zones” function but when I attempt to use the “Receive Into Arrival, Perform Putaway” at time of register arrivals I get this message
“No putaway location could be found for 1000 ea of Part 70-050598-00, Revision 2 currently stored at Location 3045".
Is there another configuration that needs to be done for receiving? Thanks.

Warehouse Navigator
Putaway Control for warehouse
Capacities and capabilities
Storage Zones
Putaway Zone Basic Data
Inventory Part -->
Putaway Zones --> Inventory Values and Operative Values
Storage Requirement --> Capability Requirement

It's quite challenging to provide a response without examining your data. Typically, this error message suggests there's a specific issue with your data that's causing the putaway logic to struggle in identifying a location.
Please ensure that the warehouse you're receiving items in has NOT been designated as a Putaway Destination.
To pinpoint the exact problem, consider beginning with basic putaway zone settings, perhaps starting with just one storage zone.

Recreated errors with parts 1-PR-PT, 1-PR-PT2 and 1-PR-PT3 in R&D’s Apps10 REGIONAL TEST LKP. Case owner from IFS Support will log this to R&D.

Hi @mmoss, I hope this issue is resolved now. However, responding to this will be helpful for someone in the future.
Make sure the inventory location (picking location) that you define in the warehouse navigator attached to the storage zone you defined. Refer the screen shots and make sure these basic data are setup.

@DUWELK I am able to perform “Refill All Putway Zones” so the configuration is complete. I am not able to execute “Receive Into Arrival, Perform Putaway” for the same part number. What is the outcome of the support ticket?

Several months ago I investigated this issue and had discussions with our consulting team. I explained the problem is related to data setup. After a few days I closed the issue since no more questions raised. Do you still have the issue?
