Hello,

today, in order to finish receipts regarding Quality Control we need to go to details per each line and choose the register inspection result option.

would it be possible to register inspection results at the Receipts page by e.g using 3 dots with additional option?

or by picking the appropriate lines to accept inspection/change status passed to yes for all of them at once?

can we change it in the system? or maybe you can propose any other solution?

I’m not aware of a way you can register multiple results in one go, but you could use the Inspection Management Screen to avoid opening each receipt record:

This shows all the Receipts in a “To Be Inspected” status and you get an action button to Register Inpection Results, which brings up the slide out page to register the results.

You do still have to complete the action one line at a time, but saves a few clicks.

The standard solution is not there to simply bypass inspection results or enter inspection results in bulk, though you can try the setup below.

  1. Make the field Qty to Inspect editable for the Receipts screen using Page Designer.
  2. Set Qty to Inspect to 0 (Zero) using the Edit option. The system would change the Receipt status from To be Inspected to To be Received or Received, subject to the location type (Arrival or Picking) selected while registering arrival, and Part type (Inventory or Non-Inventory).
  3. If the status changes to  To be Received, use the Move Into Stock screen to move the stock from the Arrival location to the Picking location for multiple record at once.
