Our customer has a requirement to define rebates as following:

• Invoicing over €1M → credit 2% (from the whole Invoicing sum)
• Invoicing over €2M → credit 3% on the amount exceeding €1M

How this can be defined in IFS Cloud?

Hi Taisto.

You can define this within a single rebate agreement using the final settlement lines.

*Set the [Periodic Rate] on the agreement (the flat % paid through the period).
*In the final‑settlement (lower) table, add one row per step -> Min Sales (the volume threshold) + Final Rebate (the % for that tier). For example: 1,000 to 7.5%, 5,000 to 10%, 10,000 to 15%.
*Tick [Final Settlement Details] so the stepped lines are recognized, then activate the agreement.

The tiers take effect when you run [Final Settlement] - IFS compares actual sales volume against your Min Sales steps, applies the matching %, and credits the difference vs. what was already paid periodically.

For reference I found this article on Run Final Settlement:
https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/25r1/lang/en/Sales/ActivityOrderRunFinalSettlement.htm

Please let me know if this worked.

Hi @TAJAFI

I am in a view that it is not available as fully out-of-the-box. Standard IFS Cloud rebate functionality supports the first requirement, but does not natively support the second requirement (graduated/marginal rebate calculation on the excess amount only).

Manual Adjustment during Final Settlement (Standard)

  • Run the standard Rebate Final Settlement process in IFS Cloud.
  • Review and manually adjust the calculated rebate amount on the Rebate Final Settlement Lines before generating the Rebate Credit Invoice.

Not sure it helps.
