Hello!

My article is linked to a provider with quality control at arrival according to an existing control plan. When article are delivered, IFS doesn’t accept until quality control is completed. The same scenario is reproduced with a delivery at stockage location, the quality control is not required (not a normal quality process). How to correct this process with IFS? Thanks.

Hi,

From a QA point of view, an inspection should of course always be carried out if an inspection is planned. In order to be able to transfer the parts to a pick warehouse without an inspection, the checkbox "Mandatory Purchasing Create Analysis" must be temporarily deactivated, the parts must be transferred and then the checkbox must be reactivated. Since this should remain a special case, I urgently recommend that this may only be temporarily changed by the QA itself.

Further, the existing control analysis should then be cancelled with a cancellation reason "goods receipt without inspection".

I hope this approach helps you.

Regards,
Mike
