Purchase Requistion changes are authorization

I have a purchase requisition which is release and authorized, but i am still able to change the quantity in requisition line although both options “Allow changes after authorization” are disabled “NO” in PR Authorization Rule and Company. Is this standard IFS Cloud

Hi ​@FPayab, I think the “Allow changes after authorization” setting controls value-critical changes, not all fields. Quantity changes are allowed as long as they do not impact the authorized value. If only the quantity is changed, and the line total does not exceed the originally authorized amount, or when the authorization rule is amount-based, IFS Cloud does not treat this as an authorization-breaking change. As a result, the system allows the quantity to be modified even after the purchase requisition has been released and authorized, since the change does not impact the authorization limits or approval logic.
