We use Demand Planner and have Purchased (raw) materials that we forecast/sell. I have setup the part in MS Level 1 and registered a forecast manually through the MS Level 1 Register Forecast. I ran MS - for the part and had expected to see something in the Purchase Requisition screen. I don’t see anything there and don’t see anything in the MS Action Proposals. Is there something special that I need to setup for this?
+5By default requisitions are only created once the forecast pass the planning time fence (PTF). By default this is zero, but should usually be set to the cumulated lead-time for the part, in this case your lead-time from the supplier.
There’s also an option to create requisitions along the entire forecast horizon, it is controlled by the value in the field “Create S/P req”. In this case the PTF doesn’t matter.

We use IFS10. Currently we have only SKUs in Demand Planner.
What does it require that also raw materials would be in DP?
