Information in those columns are filled when you connect the line to an Activity using the below option.

In the below screenshot we can see the Project id at Order Detail tab

But at the Purchase Order line level Project ID is not visible, also it is connect with the activity.

How do you say the PO line is connected to an Activity ? 

Do you see the option I have shown in the earlier reply ? If you see the option “Connect to Activity” that means the line is still not connected.

When we cancel PO the project id, Activity id, activity description disappears at PO line level.

still we can see Project id at Order details tab.

Is this standard ifs functionality ?
