I am attempting to receive email notifications for PO authorization in the CFG environment. Below is the description of my scenario:
When a purchase order is released, the authorizers should be notified via email. To enable this functionality, I have activated the event action. However, the authorizers are not receiving any email notifications.
When the Notification Scheduler is scheduled, then the notifications starts sending mails (each time the schedule executes).
Is this the way the application needs to be configured?
