Did anyone create a datasource making the same filter as Purchase Order Authorizaton - View Only My Next Step only?

Did you get a response or where you able to progress this issue?
We have done a lobby but it is extremely slow and it is impacting performance. We were trying to display the count of orders with a link to the screen on your screenshot.
