I have tried all the possible functions

Created the price beak manually from a sales quotation

Created price break from Price list

but when I do a price query I am not able to get the price coming from price breaks

not sure if I am missing any steps, but the idea here is to retrieve the price from price beaks, does any one have any idea on this. This is in cloud 24R2

Hi @feleciano

When you convert the Sales Quotation into a Customer Order, can you see any records under the Lines with Price Break section?

Does the price you entered in the Sales Quotation get carried over to the Customer Order line?

If so, can you confirm whether the Price Freeze option is enabled on the Customer Order line, and whether the Price Source is set to Price Break?

Best regards,
Harsha

Hi @Harsha Siriwardhana

The requirement is to have the price break on the Sale Quotation (SQ) , so that the SQ can be printed with price breaks and sent to Customer. I can see in the price query the option of price break as highlighted above but in no configuration I can see it picking from the price break.

However when I convert the SQ to CO it then changes the price source to Price Breaks, irrespective if the price was taken from sales part or price list in my case.

So if I understand this correct , the price source (Price break) is only shown when converting SQ to CO and no possible way to get this on the SQ itself.

Hi @feleciano,

Yes. As Harsha already explained, the Price Source - Price Break is related to SQ.

Piyal
