Hi,
We have created a simple Custom Event against CustomerOrderLine that automatically selects the Price Freeze check box on saving the Customer Order.
This works perfectly for all but one Customer!
If I create a new Customer Order for any other customers, with any Sales Part, it works just fine.
Does anyone have any suggestion as to where I can look, especially around this one particular customer, that could be causing the custom event to not trigger or its action to be over written?
We have no other custom events, other than this one, for CustomerOrderLine.
