i have issue that between this O100004171-O100004178, 2-3 PO’s are missing and they were never created in the system.
what the reason for this missing PO sequence.

+4Hi, I am just guessing on this one. Can it be like these missing numbers belong to PO’s that started to be created but never saved in the system for some reason?

I tried the above suggested solution but it didnt work the same.
step1 - created po and i didnt save
Step2 - created another new po and the PO squence was correct.
Example - if any last created po no was 123 the 2nd step PO was 124.
Do you have any other solution ? if so it would be helpful.
