I have created PO and Backgroud job is created.
From the Backgroud jobs i need to check whether the notification is going to supplier or not.
Please suggest me how can i check whether the Notification is sent to suppliers or not. If not then -where the Notify - Notifications is sent.

As far as I know this event action can send notification messages to authorizers/acknowledgers about purchase authorizations. Please refer ‘Notify Authorizer about Purchase Authorization’ Help documentation where it describes the existing functionality.

You can check all inbound and outbound notifications in Application Messages screen.
