Hi there. We are in the process of the IFS implementation, and we were told that the only place to set up a substitute for a PO authorizer while they are on PTO is on the “Purchase Authorizer Substitutes” screen. However, we want the authorizer to be able to go in and set up their own substitute for when they are on PTO, and if we give all the authorizers access to the “Purchase Authorizer Substitutes” screen, then they could edit other people’s substitutes.
So two questions:
Is there any other screen besides “Purchase Authorizer Substitutes” where an authorizer could set up their substitute?
If not, is there any way to lock down the screen so that an authorizer can only change their own record?
