I am afraid that PO authorization rules cannot be filtered based on Commodity Code/Group in the standard system.

Users can however filter PO authorization rules based on various other attributes such as supplier, supplier statistic group, coordinator, or buyer.

It is quite same with PR authorization rule as well. Bit of a difference in terms of available filtrations. However, still, the Commodity Code/Group is not available.
