Somehow, our maintenance department closed a maintenance material req with a part still pegged on it and now I am having trouble figuring out how to fix. Any help is appreciated.
It will not give me the option of manually pegging since closed, and will not let me change the status of the requisition. I cannot issue or peg from the work task either as the line is closed.

The standard system behaviour is that the maintenance material requisition lines will be unpegged if they are closed. Strange that this didn't happened in your case. Could you please try to re-open the line by choosing the command option Open for that line and then try to unpeg using manual pegging option.

It will not let me change the status as they requisition is already closed. It will not let me change the status of the requisition to release either. Because of this, no status option is available at the line level.
