Parts Didn't Transfer to Internal Transit

We have a scenario where an inter-site PO was created for a qty of 400 for Part 72058. The full qty was delivered from the customer order and moved to internal order transit. However, when we try to receive the parts from internal order transit, it shows that none are available to receive.

 

Any suggestions as to the reason why?

Hej,

 

Check if

  • part are in in internal order transit (inventory parts in internal order transit is the page)
  • setting on the Sender /receiver,
  • if it is lot batch tracked, maybe received on another PO
