Why does the setup below cause an error during the creation of extended site info in site screen? when i change the status to active, i can create extended site info without any issue.

That is because when you create the Extended information under the Manufacturing section this Availability Control ID is fetched as the default value.
Can’t assign a “Blocked” value to this field.
Temporarily make it Active to create the Extended Info.
