The customer has a background task error when using the "Send invoice" function
ORA-20115: SendEinvoiceAttachInv.The "Send Einvoice Attach Inv" has already been removed by another user.
This works very well in most cases, but we can't detect the origin of the problem in some cases.
The function is used to generate files to be sent to Tenor / Chorus.
Do you have an idea ?

There is a known error where you can get that error message.
That is when you do: “Resend Customer Invoice with multiple attachment”.
Is that your scenario also?
If it is that specific scenario there is a fix available in:
