As soon as the PR authorization is completed, the requisitioner repeatedly gets completion notifications according to the execution plan as specified in the Task Schedule until the PR goes into closed status. Is this the normal behavior of this event?

I don’t know the behavior of the event. But, I want to ask. I developed a custom notification for PR. Can you add the screenshot of the notification? Is it a mobile notification? If you want I can send it to you that I developed. :)

Can you tell me more about this custom notificaion of yours?
I have a customer (still on IFS10) who would like to have an instant notification (e-mail) when there is something to authorize, as a one time job.
Setting a tighter schedule on the standard notification will just clog the users mailbox with duplicate messages.
