Not able to add Approved Quotation on existing Purchase order

I am not sure which IFS version we are talking, but this is self-explanatory message. You cannot modify approved order in other way than by PO CO. In this case I think the only option is to create new order

You cannot add the approved quotation lines to existing PO with change order enabled. But by unchecking the option Convert Quotation to Purchase Orders at the company level , you can add the PR lines connected to the approved quotation lines to the existing PO with change order enabled.

When Convert Quotation to Purchase Orders at the company level, the Requisition to Order option highlights for the PR lines connected to the approved quotation lines and adding these line to change order enabled PO will create a change order which you need to release and update to reflect the changes in PO.

Please be aware, that you wont be able to create PO from the approved quotation lines if the Convert Quotation to Purchase Orders is unchecked and you have to always do it through PR lines.
