I have a shop order with a lot size of 100. 98 were completed and then we unreceived 1, making the total qty complete now 97. The associated DOP order still thinks there’s 98 complete which I think is creating MRP planned demand for all the components. How do I reduce the qty complete on the DOP order?

No, there are no alarms. I can’t figure out where the MRP planned demand is coming from.

Hi,
When you unreceive shop order, DOP completed qty should be updated. Plus if there is difference between DOP and SO there should be an quantity alarm too.
Can you confirm;
1-DOP completed qty = 98
2-Shop Order completed qty =97
3-There is no alarms
